Urban Recharge

Thursdays at 9pm— Open Level Take a pause and pour back into yourself. Urban Recharge is a restorative hour of yin yoga and guided meditation designed to help you release tension, reset, and return to your center. This weekly class invites you to slow down, soften, and breathe deeply. Whether you’re winding down from a hectic week or preparing for the days ahead, come and recharge your body, mind, and spirit.

Urban Mixer

Thursdays at 9:30am — Vinyasa/Hatha Level II Need a little bit of this and a little bit of that? We’ve got the perfect class for you. Warm up with a restorative flow, finish off on a powerful note. This 90-minutes class is great for beginners and those wanting to deepen their practice.

Urban Power

Mondays + Thursdays at 7pm | Saturdays at 9:30 am — Power Open Level A 90-minute flow that links body movements with breath. Expect to sweat! This class is great for students who have experience with a yoga practice — however, if you are new, we are happy to offer modifications!

Urban Unwind

Tuesdays at 7pm A class designed to ease you into a surrender of postures that help relieve the effects of chronic stress. The use of props provides a completely supportive environment for total relaxation. This practice facilitates deep release in connective tissue and calms the nervous system. Awesome for beginners!

Urban Community

Mondays + Tuesdays at 9:30am | Tuesdays + Thursdays at 12:30PM | Wednesdays + Fridays at 7:00 am | Wednesdays at 12pm + 5:30PM — Open Level Vinyasa/Hatha Flow A 60-minute open-level community class designed for all. We offer a sliding-scale rate of $15-20 (cash only) for this class.

Super Soul Sunday

Sundays at 10am— Restorative Open Level The Sunday service you didn’t know you needed. Join Jyll for a 90-minute, uber-restorative flow to kick your week off. This class is great for beginners and those who are returning to their practice.

Infrared Sauna Suite - The Wellness Studio

The Wellness Studio offers holistic facials, acupuncture services, and other private-practice Wellness practitioners. Relax in our Wellness lounge, and private infrared sauna suite, then enjoy a curated collection of body + wellness retail. Hours of Operation: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am - 9pm | Sundays 10am - 3pm This 45-minute session includes 30-minutes in our infra-red sauna, and 15-minutes to shower. Fresh towels, robes, and slippers provided.

You’ll stretch your muscles, build strength, find balance, and open your hips as every instructor shares their unique style and energy. Expect moments to challenge yourself, get upside down if you choose, and settle into pockets of stillness along the way. The variety keeps the practice fresh, engaging, and rooted in community connection. You’ll step away feeling energized, refreshed, and accomplished. All in just one hour.
